Waterdown Self Storage was founded in 1997 by the Soave family. While servicing and growing with the community, we are still family owned and operated today.
Our business is operated based on the values that are upheld within our family: Respect, Honesty, Integrity, Fairness, and Understanding.
Our business model remains as it was when we started: We believe that storage should be safe, secure, simple and affordable.
We have successfully kept our prices lower by catering to the storage needs of the customer and limiting the “bells and whistles” of non-value window dressing.
Mark and his family have been in the storage industry since 1997. Mark’s “hands on” experience enables him to provide excellent advice on how to store, what to store, and how to find the right sized unit or outdoor space for your belongings.
We will never up-sell a bigger unit that we don’t think you need and our goal is to make your storage experience the best that we possibly can so that you will spread the word and continue to use our services in the future. Our methodology has worked since 1997 and we hope to continue to meet the needs of the growing community for many, many years to come.
